Lately, I’ve been giving the gift of a trip to the movies or daddy-daughter dinners for Father’s Day and birthdays. Finding an actual gift that my dad will like is next to impossible. Somehow dads seem to have everything they could ever want. Somehow dads always seem to find money for rakes or car parts or tools or whatever dad-thing they find they need. It’s not easy as a girl to find a dad-approved gift, and I imagine I’m not the only one who finds Father’s Day shopping a struggle. So this year I did some hunting, and I think you’ll like what I’ve found. So here you have it: gifts dad won’t hate (and all under $50.00).
You can’t even argue with this one. Dad’s going to love it for the name alone. There’s no denying dads love puns, and there’s no denying this grilling spatula with your dad’s favorite sports team’s logo is the ultimate pun. If your dad is a sports-loving grilling-master this gift from The Grommet is 100% for him.
And while on the topic of grilling, how perfect are these kabob grilling baskets? I have memories of dad trying grill kabobs and the food not staying on. These kabob baskets are perfect to get all your meats and veggies cooked to perfection! You can order a set of 4 from Amazon!
Dale Carnegie’s best selling book on how to gain the confidence of others, make friends of your enemies, and be an effective leader has been aiding men and women for many years. Many of our dads are leaders in their jobs and families, and the tried and true skills that can be gained from this book would benefit them greatly. (Or maybe you’re celebrating a hard-working mom this Father’s Day. This book would benefit any female leader).
This little gadget can slice, grate, julienne, all without having to lift a blade. It is mess-free, easy to use, and perfect for the dad who loves to cook. It also comes with a peeler so it can meet all your meal prep needs. Get it on Amazon!
This handmade clipboard calendar from Artifact Uprising is made with your personal photos, one for each month! Choose from three designs (I love the modern!), upload your photos, and your done! Bad news, their deadline for Father’s Day has passed, but if you’re celebrating a little later this year then you’re in luck! The best part, the calendar can start at any month so dad can start using it now instead of waiting until 2018!
This outlet convertor from Brookstone is perfect for the dad who travels! In fact this is perfect for anyone who travels; I would love one of these! I have been out of the country without the right outlet convertor. It’s maddening. Give dad the gift of freedom to travel anywhere without having to worry about losing power to the devices we’re so accustomed to.
If you can’t get these gifts between now and Father’s Day, here’s an idea: print off a picture of the gift to hand him on Sunday and then have it sent directly to his house! Everyone loves getting gifts in the mail!
