We at Perfect Pair Events love throwing parties! (That’s why we do it for a living). With Father’s Day coming up we can’t pass up the opportunity to serve up some great ideas for dad! When you think Father’s Day you probably don’t immediately think brunch. Typically we save brunches for mom, but today I’m going to give you some menu ideas and recipes from Delish for a brunch so manly, dad will probably try to make it a tradition.
It’s like chicken and waffles, but better. And bonus points – you can take this one on the go and eat it on your morning commute.
If your dad has boots and Wranglers, this one’s for him. This hearty meal piles hash browns, cheese, eggs, bacon, and more in a bowl to be gobbled up with delight. Add your own favorite breakfast foods (or better yet dad’s) for a hearty breakfast.
Mexican for breakfast? Count me in. My dad and I often go out for Mexican (try once a week). If your dad is anything like mine, having a quesadilla on your Father’s Day brunch menu is one great idea!
I’m a sucker for anything that’s in a crescent roll. So eggs, cheese, and bacon wrapped up in crescent rolls? ‘Nuff said.
Because who doesn’t love Nutella? This isn’t just a pancake with some Nutella spread on top. Add strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, whatever you like and enjoy!
If this isn’t a manly breakfast item, I don’t know what is. I’ve always thought of steak and eggs as a breakfast dish for the manly man. This twist on the traditional breakfast item will be a Father’s Day staple for years to come.
It’s basically cake for breakfast. Although, I have been known to actually just eat cake for breakfast.
Yum. Just Yum.
Pretty sure I’m not the only one who loves the idea of grilled cheese in the morning. This grilled cheese boasts cheese and bacon on a croissant and put in a waffle iron. What more could dad want in a breakfast sandwich?
Nachos are a total dad food. So giving him the gift of cheesy nachos for breakfast is definitely going to be a win.
